 Investors in People
The Veterinary Hospital Group are delighted to announce that we have recently been re-accredited 'Investor in People' status. We have worked hard for this coveted award which is earned by businesses who prove themselves willing and able to look after the training and development of their staff. This is with reference to the present and future interests of the practice and the 'customers' we serve, which of course are our clients and their pets.
To achieve this award we had to satisfy the examiners that we have a culture of continuing improvement within the practice, open channels of communication at every level, and that our staff are both valued and care about the quality of the work they are doing for our patients and their owners.
We now proudly display our IiP plaques at our Veterinary Hospital at Estover, Plymouth and at each of our four Veterinary Centres. We are all very proud to have achieved this coveted national Award which was presented to us by Pete Goss, the acclaimed round the world yachtsman, at a ceremony where he gave a highly motivating illustrated talk about his exploits entitled Daring to Dream.
