Consultations with a veterinary surgeon are by appointment and available during most of the open times. Please telephone to arrange a convenient time.
We have several registered veterinary nurses who are further qualified as Veterinary Health Advisors. They run clinics for nutritional advice, arthritis & diabetes amongst other things and can perform dressing changes, claw clips and other minor procedures. Do ask for an appointment to see if they can help.
Out of Hours we are operative 24 hours a day for the care of in-patients and for emergency cases. Our telephone (3 lines) is answered in person 24 hours a day - even for urgent cases after 8 p.m.

Fees
We regret we that are unable to offer credit. All fees are payable at the time of consultation, dispensing of medicines and diets, or on collection of a patient after an operation. Cash, Cheques with Bankers Card, Visa, Access or Maestro cards are all welcome. For added security we use the "Chip and PIN" system for cards.
