Help your puppy grow
Socialistion of puppies is a vital part of their education and makes a huge difference to the development of a stable and confident temperament.
Our Socialisation Classes give your puppy the chance to play with others at the same developmental stage under carefully managed conditions and have a fun time coming to the vets. The sessions cover general socialisation, grooming and handing, basic training and First Aid.
The classes are free for Pet Health Club members of £24.00 for a course of four classes for non-members. Puppies can start classes from one week after their first vaccination. The upper age limit is 14 weeks.
Classes are held:
Please telephone (01752) 361045 to reserve your place at any class.
Please note that only 2 people per puppy are permitted due to the size of the venue. Children under the age of 5 by prior arrangement.
Many dogs are not fully mature until 18-24 months of age, and good behaviour patterns e.g. reliable recall in the presence of other dogs off lead, take time, persistence and consistency of handling to train. Our puppy training courses help you build on the work begun in our socialisation classes. This is a six week course run by a qualified trainer helping you make the most of early learning and training opportunities, understand how your puppy learns and strengthen your puppy's good behaviour.
